Q: What are sola wood flowers?
A: Sola wood flowers are made of tapioca plant. Each individual sola flower is handmade. The natural color is ivory, but we hand-dye them in different colors

Q: Are sola wood flowers eco-friendly?
A: Yes! Sola wood is a natural product. It is 100% biodegradable, sustainable material

Q: How long do they last?
A: Forever!

Q: How do I take care of them?
A: Even though sola flowers are stronger than real flowers, they’re still delicate and can get damaged with rough handling. In general, keep the flowers in a cool area, and away from direct sun exposure

Q: How long does the scent last?
A: The scent will typically lasts for several months. Initially the scent will be strong in the first few weeks, and then It'll slowly get lighter with time

Q: Will my Bouquet/Home Décor arrangement look exactly the same as the pictures on your website?
A: We always do our best to match your Bouquet/Home Décor arrangement to the pictures on our website. Since each flower is handmade and colored, there might be very slight differences. In addition, based on availability, we might replace a flower with another flower of equal or higher quality. We guarantee the same amount of luv for each flower!

Q: What is the best way to reach you?
A: We are a small business, and the whole team is always on the operation floor. At this time we don’t have a dedicated person to answer phone calls, so the best way to reach us is by email at info@luvmyflowerswholesale.com. We promise to get back to you as early as possible

Q: Can I make a custom bouquet?
A: Yes! Please email us at info@luvmyflowerswholesale and we can try to accommodate you.

Q: Do you do Weddings?                                  

A: We do! Please email us at info@luvmyflowerswholesale.com and we can try to accommodate you wedding decor needs such as boutonnieres, corsages, bridesmaid bouquets and bridal bouquet.

Q: Do you sell individual sola flowers?                                  

A: Yes! Please check our "Sola Flowers" section

Q: Do you sell sola flower wholesale?                                    

A: Yes! It's simple, no sign up required! Just shop from our wholesale tab of sola flowers and apply code LUVSOLA at checkout to receive 50% off. 

Q: Do you collect sales tax?                                                                             A: Since we're based in sunny Southern California, we are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in California. This amount will be displayed before submitting your order

Q: Does my discount code apply to all items in my cart?
A: Unless otherwise noted, discount codes do not apply to sales and clearance items.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We offer FREE shipping to the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii) on orders of $100 or more

Q: How long does it take to ship my product? 
A: Currently we ship your order in 2-3 business days!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we don't know offer international shipping

4. Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Once you place your order, you have 1 business day to cancel your order and receive a full refund. The only way to cancel your order is by replying to the order confirmation email requesting canceling your order. Please note if your order is shipped within 1 business day, it won't be eligible for 
cancellation

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the fragile nature of our products, Luv My Flowers products cannot be returned at this time

Q: I received the wrong product. What should I do?
A: please contact us at info@luvmyflowerswholesale.com within 3 calendar days of delivery, and we will be happy to replace your item. A photo of the wrong product is required to process your replacement order

Q: What if I received a damaged product?
A: Quality is our highest priority. We are happy to replace your item. We offer a 3-day replacement policy. To get started on the replacement process, please email us at info@luvmyflowerswholesale.com within 3 calendar days of delivery, and include photos of the damaged product and box. We'd love to hear your feedback too
